Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Analýza projektu a jeho dopady, je zaměřena na již realizované projekty společnosti Inelsev s.r.o., výsledky lze využít pro budoucí realizace, případně jako studijní pomůcka pro získání základních informací těchto systémů. Cílem této práce je analýza projektů společnosti, které byly realizovány v letech 2008-2011 a 2022/2023. V první části této práce jsou představeny základní postupy pro realizace projektů, historický vývoj technologií a aktuální používané technologie s jejich poměry při využívání ve světě. Dále je představen právní rámec pro realizaci těchto typů projektů, jejich možné omezení a regulaci ze strany státu a ERÚ. V praktické části se práce zabývá realizovanými projekty společnosti a v návaznosti na tyto realizované projekty se seznámíme s reálnými postupy a překážkami při jejich realizaci a výstupy z dotazníkového šetření a řízených rozhovorů. V poslední části této práce se zaměříme na zhodnocení zjištěných výsledků analýzy a pohledu externích subjektů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis, entitled Project Analysis and its Impacts, focuses on the already implemented projects of Inelsev s.r.o., the results can be used for future implementations or as a study aid to obtain basic information of these systems. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the company's projects that have been implemented between 2008-2011 and 2022/2023. In the first part of this thesis, the basic procedures for the implementation of projects, the historical development of technologies and the current technologies used with their ratios in use in the world are presented. Furthermore, the legal framework for the implementation of these types of projects, their possible limitations and regulation by the state and the ERU are presented. In the practical part of the thesis, the implemented projects of the company are discussed and following these implemented projects, the real procedures and obstacles in their implementation and the results of the questionnaire survey and guided interviews are presented. In the last part of this thesis we will focus on the evaluation of the findings of the analysis and the perspective of external subjects.
