Abstract:

BEDNARČÍKOVÁ, Adriana: Characteristics of the EU internal market and its importance. [Bachelor thesis]. Banking Institute University og Prague, Foreing University Liptovský Mikuláš. Department of economics, valuation, social sciences and law. Supervisor: JUDr. Marian Korytiak. Year of defense: 2015. Number of pages: 55 Bachelor thesis deals with the EU internal market, its meaning and on the basis of the current direction of its expected development. A goal that we set in the analysis is to describe the four freedoms, which according to the primary law characterize the internal market. Describe ways of removing the obstacles, the importance of individual freedoms of the internal market and to predict its expected development. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis consists of the first chapter, which deals with the establishment of the European communities, the founding treaties, acts and agreements, which have importance in the development of the internal market. The analytical part of the bachelor thesis consists of the following second and third chapter. The second chapter is aimed to describe the four freedoms of the internal market and their significance . In the third chapter we deal with on the basis of the orientation of the development of the internal market, "the fifth freedom" and its relevance for the company.

Katedra ekonómie, oceňovania, spoločenských vied a práva. Vedúci práce: JUDr. Marian KORYTIAK. Rok obhajoby: 2015. Počet strán : 55 Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá vnútorným trhom EÚ, jeho významom a na základe aktuálneho smerovania jeho očakávaným vývojom. Cieľ, ktorý sme si vytýčili v analytickej časti je opísanie štyroch slobôd, ktoré podľa primárneho práva charakterizujú vnútorný trh ako aj opísať spôsoby odstraňovania prekážok, význam jednotlivých slobôd vnútorného trhu a predvídať jeho očakávaný vývoj. Teoretická časť bakalárskej práce pozostáva z prvej kapitoly, ktorá sa zaoberá vznikom Európskych spoločenstiev, ich zakladajúcim zmluvám, aktov a dohôd, ktoré mali význam na kreovaní vnútorného trhu. Analytickú časť bakalárskej práce tvorí druhá a tretia kapitola. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na opísanie štyroch slobôd vnútorného trhu a ich významu . V tretej kapitole sa zaoberáme na základe smerovania vývoja vnútorného trhu „piatou slobodou“ a jej významom pre spoločnosť.
