V této absolventské práci se věnuji supervizi v sociální práci, především pak tomu, jak supervizi vnímají pracovníci v sociálních službách. Práci jsem rozdělila do několika kapitol. První část práce je zaměřena především na oblast teoretického vymezení jednotlivých pojmů ze supervize. Druhá část se věnuje začlenění supervize do sociální práce a sociálních služeb.
