Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje základní principy a zásady správního řízení v České republice. Jejím obsahem je správní řízení a jeho historie. Dále představení, popis a charakteristika jednotlivých zásad správního řízení. Nedílnou součástí práce je srovnání zásad s ostatními typy řízení a na uvedených konkrétních případech je v závěru práce poukázáno na používání těchto zásad v rozhodovací praxi.
Abstract:
The thesis describes the basic rules and principles of administrative procedures in The Czech Republic. The area of study is administration and its history. It includes introduction, description and characteristics of individual rules of administratition. An integral part of this paper is comparison of these rules with other types of management.
