Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou spokojnosti zákazníkov s mobilnými elektronickými komunikačnými službami v telekomunikačnom odvetví. Cieľom práce je vytvoriť model spokojnosti pre odvetvie a spoločnosti v ňom pôsobiacich a vypočítať index zákazníckej spokojnosti.
