Práce se zabývá problematikou spokojenosti cestujících s dopravcem České dráhy na trase Praha - Ostrava. Teoretická část se bude zabývat problematikou průzkumu spokojenosti cestujících. Následně bude v rámci analytické části realizován primární výzkum, jehož respondenty budou cestující využívající služeb dopravce na zvolené trase. The thesis deals with the issue of passenger satisfaction with the carrier České dráhy on the Prague - Ostrava route. The theoretical part will deal with the issue of passenger satisfaction survey.
