Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je klima konkrétní organizace a spokojenost zaměstnanců. Cílem této práce je určit typ klimatu na konkrétních pracovištích v organizaci XY a popsat míru spokojenosti zaměstnanců se systémem vzdělávání v organizaci XY. Teoretická část se zabývá organizační kulturou, klimatem v organizaci a spokojeností zaměstnanců. Organizační kultura je nedílnou součástí prostředí organizace. Organizační klima vzniká dlouhodobým vnímáním, prožíváním a hodnocením prostředí v organizaci jejími zaměstnanci. Spokojenost zaměstnanců je emocionální stav jedince, zobrazuje subjektivní kognitivní vnímání jedince, vztahuje se k určitému jevu. Vzhledem k tomu, že je u každého jedince spokojenost autentická, může u každého jedince také nabývat jiných hodnot. Klima je rovněž vnímáno a hodnoceno individuálně. Jedinec s ním může vyjádřit svou míru spokojenosti prostřednictvím hodnocení činitelů klimatu. Je tedy možné předpokládat, že je-li zaměstnanec spokojený s činiteli klimatu, je spokojen s klimatem v organizaci. Tato práce je konkrétně zaměřena na míru spokojenosti se systémem vzdělávání. Výzkumná otázka č. 1: Jaký typ klimatu je identifikován na jednotlivých pracovištích v organizaci XY? Výzkumná otázka č. 2: Jaká je míra spokojenosti zaměstnanců se stávajícím systémem vzdělávání v organizaci XY? Empirická část představuje výzkumnou metodologii. Empirická část navazuje na teoretický základ kvantitativním výzkumem prováděným za účelem určení typu klimatu na konkrétních pracovištích a zjištění míry spokojenosti zaměstnanců se systémem vzděláváním v organizaci XY. V závěru práce jsou interpretovány výsledky výzkumu.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is the climate of a specific organization and the employee satisfaction. The aim of this work is to determine the type of the climate at specific workplaces in the XY organization and to describe the level of employee satisfaction with the education system in the XY organization. The theoretical part deals with the culture, the climate and the employee satisfaction in the organization. Organizational culture is an integral part of the organization's environment. Organizational climate is created by the long-term perception, experience and evaluation of the environment in the organization by its employees. Employee satisfaction is an individual emotional state, which shows the individual's subjective cognitive perception and it is related to a certain phenomenon. Since the satisfaction is authentic for each individual person, it might also aquire different value for each individual person. The climate is also felt and evaluated individually. An individual person can express the satisfaction level by the rating climate factors. Therefore, it can be assumed that if the employee is satisfied with the climate factors, he is satisfied with the climate in the organization. This work is particularly focused on the satisfaction degree with the education system. The empirical part presents the research methodology. The empirical part follows the theoretical basis with quantitative research carried out in order to determine the type of climate at specific workplaces and the level of employee satisfaction with the education system in organization XY. The research results are interpreted in the conclusion of the work.
