Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem kontaktu s agresivními pacienty na zdravotnické záchranné službě. Teoretická část pojednává o jednotlivých složkách konfliktu, jeho původu, prevenci, eskalaci a možností sebeobrany. This bachelor thesis details the dealing with an agressive patients on the emergency medical service. The theoretical part tells about each component of conflict, meaning it´s source, prevention, escalation and the means of self-defense.
