Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá střety mezi dvěma základními lidskými právy- právem na soukromí a právem na informace. V těchto případech je totiž nutné jedno z těchto práv omezit, aby druhé právo mohlo být naplněno. Rozhodnout, které právo má být omezeno a které má naopak dostat přednost je však velmi problematické. This paper concerns with collisions between two fundamental human rights -- between right to privacy and right to information.
