Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na motivaci vysokoškolských studentů ke studiu na vysoké škole. Práce je rozdělena na dvě roviny a to teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část práce se soustředí na dosavadní výzkumné poznatky k problematice motivace studentů k učebním činnostem. Rozebírá hlavní klíčové body: motivaci, studenty a vysokou školu. The thesis focuses on the motivation of university students to study at university. The work is divided into two levels - theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part focuses on current research findings on the issue of motivating students to learning activities. It analyzes the main key points: motivation, students and college.
