Audit of Corporate Social Responsibility in Environment Industry 4.0

Abstract:

Velmi rychle se vyvíjející doba přináší technologický pokrok skrze Průmysl 4.0. Tento pokrok znamená vývoj technologií a jejich aplikaci v každodenní činnosti jedinců, podniků a veřejné sféry. Díky tomuto vývoji se mohou v celé společnosti objevovat otázky etiky a morálky. Na vhodnou aplikaci etiky a morálky v podnikové praxi se soustřeďuje problematika společenské odpovědnosti. Na základě literární rešerše oborových teorií je cílem práce provedení interního auditu, který ověřuje rizikové procesy společenské odpovědnosti vybraného podniku a nabízí praktickou nápravu odhalených zjištění. Audit je důležitý proces sloužící k ověření rizikových procesů nejen v problematice společenské odpovědnosti. V průběhu interního auditu jsou v CSR aktivitách sledovaného podniku identifikována možná rizika. Na specifická zjištění, která souvisí s těmito riziky jsou pro vedení podniku navrhnuta opatření, která by měla přispět k eliminaci těchto rizik a ke zefektivnění vnitropodnikových procesů strategie CSR. Tato strategie je pro podnik stabilizující z důvodu pevnějších vztahů se stakeholdery společnosti.

Abstract:

Technological progress has advanced a lot in this current, rapidly evolving era, in the form of Industry 4.0. This progress has resulted in the development of technologies and their application in the daily activities of individuals, businesses and the public sphere. Due to the increased use of technology, questions of ethics and morality may arise through society. Social responsibility focuses on the ethics and morality and their appropriate application within corporate practice. This work is based on a literature search of the field theories and aims to perform an internal audit, which verifies the risk processes of social responsibility of the selected company. This audit also offered suggestions for the mitigation of risks identified. Audits are an important process in the identification and verification of risks not just in social responsibility but in the wider business sphere as well. This internal audit identifies possible risks in the CSR activities of the selected company. Based on the identified risks, the company's management can propose measures to mitigate or even eliminate these while streamlining the internal process of the CSR strategy. This station helps to stabilise the company as it builds confidence within the stakeholders.
