Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou komunikačně-grafického manuálu pro již zavedenou společnost, která nově začala podnikat v úplně nové oblasti. Touto oblastí se rozumí akvizice menších či středně velkých firem za účelem investice a následného zhodnocování.
