Diplomová práce se zabývá primárně otázkami personálního controllingu a jeho vazbami k ostatním podnikovým a manažerským činnostem. Nejprve je věnována pozornost teoretickému vymezení personálního controllingu jako jednoho z nástrojů personálního managementu, dále vymezení personálních činností i řízení lidských zdrojů.
