Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou postavení obce jako subjektu obchodně-právních vztahů. V teoretické části podložené příslušnou legislativou jsem vymezila obec jako veřejnoprávní korporaci, přičemž jsem si položila otázku, zda-li obec může vstupovat do obchodně-právních vztahů a jestliže ano, tak v jakém rozsahu a jaké typy obchodních společností může založit. The Master thesis is concerned with the problems of municipality´s standing as a subject of business-legal relations. In the theoretical part I defined a municipality as the public legal corporation on the basis of related legislation.
