Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá komparační analýzou v problematice obchodo-vání a následného zdanění kryptoměn se zaměřením na fyzické osoby v České a Slovenské republice. Fyzické osoby jsou podnikatelé, nepodnikatelé nebo zaměst-nanci. Klade důraz na optimalizaci a vyčíslení povinnosti odvodů na dani z příjmu z kryptoměn, sociálním i zdravotním pojištění.
