V diplomové práci se zabývám zhodnocením současného stavu problematiky silniční dopravy v České republice na pozadí jejího historického vývoje. Práce má za úkol analyzovat a kriticky zhodnotit dnešní problematiku v oblasti liniových staveb v ČR, konkrétně dálničních komunikací a zhodnotit roli GIS v této oblasti. In this thesis I discuss the evaluation of the current state of infrastructure in the Czech Republic. The evaluation also includes its historical development of the road infrastructure.
