Abstract:
Bakalářská práce podává podstatu výukových systémů oboru ošetřovatelství České republiky a Spojených států. Dochází k zajímavému závěru, že systém platný v České republice je podobný systému Spojených států a nijak za ním nezaostává. Také v praktickém uplatnění sester a v jejich kompetencích Česká republika následuje vyspělý americký systém.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis illustrates the educational systems of the nursing profession of the Czech Republic and the United States. Interestingly, it concludes that the Czech educational system isn't lagging behind the American educational system. In respect to career opportunities and nurses' competencies, the American system is followed by the Czech system.
