Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je určit úroveň digitální gramotnosti zaměstnanců vybrané firmy. To bylo provedeno s ohledem na dosažené vzdělání a stávající pracovní pozice jednotlivých zaměstnanců. Po provedení rozčlenění následovalo vyhodnocení získaných dat, které poskytnuli informace o současné digitální gramotnosti a kompetencích pracovníků. The aim of this thesis is to determine the level of digital literacy of employees of a selected company. This was done with respect to the educational attainment and current job positions of the individual employees.
