Quality of Life Related to Men Working in Nursing Care and Health - Social Care.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na kvalitu života mužů pracujících v oblasti ošetřovatelství a zdravotně - sociální péči. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaká je subjektivně pociťovaná kvalita života mužů pracujících v oblasti ošetřovatelství a zdravotně - sociální péči. Práce je rozdělena na dvě částí. První část je teoretická, kde na začátku specifikuji ošetřovatelskou práci, zdravotně - sociální péči a genderovou nerovnost v zaměstnání. Dále se zaměřuji na popis kvality života, jaké jsou její faktory, kvalita pracovního života, nástroje k hodnocení kvality života a well-being. Poslední kapitolou v teoretické části je vliv práce na kvalitu života, která dále obsahuje popis duševního a fyzického zdraví, důsledky snížené kvality života a syndrom vyhoření. Metodologická část práce definuje cíl práce, hlavní a dílčí výzkumné otázky. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jaká je subjektivně pociťovaná kvalita života mužů pracujících v oblasti ošetřovatelství a zdravotně - sociální péči. K naplnění cíle je zvolena strategie kvalitativního výzkumu a pro sběr dat je to technika polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. K analýze dat je použita metoda otevřeného kódování a interpretace dat je provedena v rámci výzkumné metody vytváření trsů. Poslední kapitola se zaměřuje na shrnutí a diskusi výsledků výzkumu a odpovědi na hlavní a dílčí výzkumné otázky.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the quality of life of men working in nursing and health - social care. The aim of the thesis is to find out the subjectively perceived quality of life of men working in nursing and health and social care. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, where at the beginning I specify nursing work, health - social care and gender inequality in employment. Then I focus on describing quality of life, what are its determinants, quality of working life, tools to assess quality of life and well-being. The last chapter in the theoretical part is the impact of work on quality of life, which also includes a description of mental and physical health, consequences of reduced quality of life and burnout syndrome. The methodological part of the thesis defines the aim of the thesis, the main and sub-research questions. The aim of the research is to determine the subjectively perceived quality of life of men working in nursing and health and social care. In order to achieve the aim, a qualitative research strategy is chosen and the technique of semi-structured interviews is used for the collection. The open coding method is used to analyze the data and the interpretation of the data is done in the research method of clustering. The last chapter focuses on the summary and discussion of the research findings and answers the main and sub-research questions.
