Akisheva, Y. Dopady zrušení superhrubé mzdy a další možnosti řešení zdanění fyzických osob v České republice. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2022. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením dopadů zrušení superhrubé mzdy na zaměstnance a jejich příjmy, na zaměstnavatele a na státní rozpočet Čes-ké republiky, následně také navržením dalších možností řešení zdanění fyzických osob. Teoretická část práce popisuje základní pojmy daňového systému České re-publiky, daňový balíček pro rok 2021 a systém zdanění příjmů fyzických osob po novele od 1. ledna 2021. Praktická část práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části jsou uvedeny modelové příklady výpočtu výsledné daně a výše čisté-ho příjmu poplatníků ze závislé činnosti na základě rozdělení do mzdových pásem před a po novele o zrušení superhrubé mzdy. Ve druhé části práce je provedena srovnávací analýza systému zdanění fyzických osob v České republice, v Německu a ve Švýcarsku. Na základě výsledků analýzy a modelových příkladů je provedena identifikace a navržení dalších možností řešení zdanění fyzických osob v České republice.

Akisheva, Y. Effects of the abolition of the super-gross wage and other possibilities of solving the taxation of natural persons in the Czech Republic. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2022. This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the effects of the abolition of the super-gross wage on employees and their income, on employers, and on the state budget of the Czech Republic, as well as proposing other possibil-ities of solving the taxation of natural persons. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic terms of the tax system of the Czech Republic, the tax package for 2021 and the system of personal income taxation after the amendment from January 1, 2021. The practical part is divided into two parts. The first part pre-sents model examples of the calculation of the resulting tax and the amount of net income of taxpayers from dependent activities based on the division into wage category before and after the amendment about the abolition of the super-gross wage. In the second part a comparative analysis of the system of personal taxa-tion in the Czech Republic, Germany and Switzerland is specified. Based on the results of the analysis and model examples the identification and proposal of other possibilities of solving the taxation of natural persons in the Czech Re-public are made.
