Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na řízení lidských zdrojů v hotelnictví. Cílem práce je identifikovat specifika řízení lidských zdrojů v hotelnictví pomocí komparace vybraných hotelů a srovnání jejich personálních činností a rozdílů v řízení lidských zdrojů.
