Tato diplomová bakalářská práce pojednává o Vermeerově obraz Dívka s perlou. Postihuje její možný reálný vznik, život a dílo umělce, fiktivní verzi spisovatelky Tracy Chevalier a film Dívka s perlou režiséra Webbera natočený na základě knižní předlohy. Přináší přiblížení styčných bodů práce historika a beletristy a popisuje přístup kritiky z řad recenzentů i odborné veřejnosti k oběma adaptacím. Hovoří …more

This diploma work is about Vermeer´s painting A Girl With the Pearl Earring, its real origin, the life and work of the artist, the imaginary version of the writer Tracy Chevalier and a movie based on the book by the director Peter Webber.
