Interrogation tactics in the investigation of economic crime

Abstract:

Cílem mé práce jen vytvoření přehledu metod výslechu. Práce je rozčleněna do pěti hlavních kapitol, přičemž každá se zabývá nejrelevantnějšími tématy v dané oblasti. První kapitola práce popisuje obecné aspekty a otázky týkající se výslechu a výpovědi. Ve druhé části se věnuji významu důkladné přípravy. Třetí část se soustředí na vlastní taktiku výslechu. Čtvrtá a klíčová část práce se skládá z analýzy konkrétních taktických postupů výslechu v závislosti na různých výslechových situacích i s ohledem na problematiku hospodářskou kriminalitu. V závěrečné, páté kapitole vysvětluji důležitost psychologie. Závěr obsahuje shrnutí práce

Abstract:

The aim of my thesis is to describe the basic interrogation tactics. Given the scope of the topic itself focused mainly on issues of a situation where the person interviewed speaks falsely. Work has been divided into six chapters, each focused on the most important topics in the field.The first chapter of my thesis deals with general aspects and issues relating to interrogation and testimony. I examine the characteristics, definitions and descriptions of questioning with regard to the legal framework. In the second chapter I focus on the objectives of the questioning. In order to successfully achieve the objective of questioning, thus finding the relevant facts is needed detailed and precise preparation. Without such preparation is not done questioning successfully meet its objective. The third part focuses on his own interrogation tactics, there's attention paid to the overall design of the interrogation, the individual stages and also describes various specific situations that may arise during interrogation. The fourth section analyzes the specific interrogation tactics with regard to different interrogation situations. Result of interrogation and therefore the criminal proceedings is dependent on the choice of the most appropriate tactical action. Mainly focuses on the tactics used in the event of a false. Testifying falsely represents the toughest possible situation regarding the requirements. For the entire interrogation process is a significant selection of the correct procedure.The fifth chapter focuses on the importance of psychological aspects and their applications during interrogation, in connection with experience.The final chapter discusses in detail the issues of crimen and their offenders and possibilities for prevention.
