Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh metodiky sebeobrany určenou dětem mladšího školního věku. Řeší problematiku tohoto věkového období, ontogenetický vývoj a šikanu, která je spojená s začátkem školní docházky. V praktické části probíhá výuka sebeobrany s dětmi, kde se navrhují a upravují postupy na základě odborných publikací souvisejících se sebeobrannými technikami. Součástí práce je dotazníkové …more

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of self-defense methodology intended for children of younger school age. It deals with the issues of this age period, ontogenetic development and bullying, which is connected with the beginning of school attendance.
