Analysis of parallel texts in Lithuanian and in Czech: structure of Lithuanian and Czech constitutions

Anotace:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je představit tematickou strukturu Ústavy Litevské republiky a Ústavy České republiky. Těžiště práce spočívá a) v rozboru preambulí Ústav obou zemí, b) ve vysvětlení okolností vzniku Ústav obou zemí, zejména otázku nezahrnutí Listiny základních práv a svobod do textu Ústavy České republiky.

Abstract:

The goal of this Bachelor's thesis is to analyze the structure of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania and the Constitution of the Czech Republic. The thesis focuses on a) an analysis of the captions of both constitutions; b) explaining the circumstances of drafting the constitutions of both countries, especially the reasons for the Charter of Basic Rights and Freedoms not having been included into the text of the Constitution of the Czech Republic.
