Predmetom tejto bakalárskej práce je rozbor výhod, nevýhod a vplyvov opatrení, ktoré boli zavádzané počas vývoja regulácie a dohľadu nad bankovým sektorom v Európskej únii a zhodnotenie súčasného stavu.
