Abstract:
Práce se zabývá charakteristikou, rozdělením a zásadami použití donucovacích prostředků Policie České republiky. V praktické části pak na základě dat získaných z policejních systémů zkoumá vývoj četnosti jejich užití na území Jihomoravského kraje v letech 2010-2016.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with characteristics, division and principles of use of coercive means of the Police of the Czech Republic. In the practical part, based on data obtained from police systems, it examines developments frequency of their use in the South Moravian Region in years 2010-2016.
