Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na strategii rozvoje města Olomouce v oblasti bydlení a bytové politiky. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy jako je bydlení, poptávka a nabídka po bydlení, marketing. Dále jsou zde uvedeny údaje týkající se domovního a bytového fondu ČR. This diploma work deals with the strategy of the development of the town of Olomouc in the field of habitation and the housing politics. The theoretical part explains terms such as habitation, offer and demand for habitation, marketing. I included data about house and housing fund in the Czech Republic.
