The issue of tax execution carried out by the Municipality of Břeclav
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se kromě právně-teoretické části zabývá problémy, které vymáhání daňových nedoplatků doprovází. Zaměřuje se na vývoj a vymáhání daňových nedoplatků Městského úřadu Břeclav a popisuje možnosti správců daně provádět daňovou exekuci. Na základě provedené analýzy definuje faktory negativně ovlivňující vymáhání nedoplatků, na jejichž podkladě navrhuje možná zlepšení.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the problems that accompany the enforcement of tax arrears in addition to legal-theoretical part. It focuses on the development and enforcement of tax arrears Břeclav Municipal Authority and describes the possibilities of tax administrators perform tax execution.
