Presentation and communication skills of manager in the selected company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou komunikačních a prezentačních dovedností ve vybraném podniku. V úvodní části se práce věnuje pojmu komunikace, komunikačnímu procesu a manažerským dovednostem, dále jsou zde zahrnuty konflikty na pracovišti a průběh prezentace. V této části byly také stanoveny výzkumné otázky, na které se odpovídalo v navazující části práce. Druhá část, tedy aplikační, se zaměřuje na výzkum, jenž byl proveden pomocí dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru s manažery a technickými pracovníky E.ON Česká republika, s. r. o. Ve výzkumné části jsou shrnuty veškeré informace o dané společnosti, dále je uvedeno dotazníkové šetření pomocí grafického znázornění včetně vysvětlení. V neposlední řadě je aplikační část rozšířena o diskuzi výsledků a vyřešené výzkumné otázky. Závěr práce je zakončen návrhy opatření, která přispívají ke zlepšení komunikace a prezentace v podniku.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of communication and presentation skills in the chosen company. In the tutorial part, the thesis is about the communication, communication proces and manager sklil, there are conflicts at the workplace and presentation progress included, too. The research questions are determined in this part, too. The responses to the questions are in the next part of the thesis. The second part, i tis based on the research, which was performed by the questionnaire survey and dialogues with the managers and technical workers in the company – E.ON Česká republika, s.r.o. In the research there are summed up all information about the company, questionnaire survey displays by graphic representation, included explanation. The last practical part is extended with results discussion and solved research questions. The thesis is concluded by measure suggestions, which contibute to communication and presentation improvement in the company.
