Abstract:
Anotace Bakalářská práce se zabývá přístupy a postupy při vzniku mimořádné události z pohledu integrovaného záchranného systému. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je seznámit se složkami IZS, vysvětlit a popsat pojem Mimořádná událost, přiblížit a popsat postup při vzniku mimořádné události a zaměřit se na psychologické aspekty velitele při vyjednávání.

Annotation The bachelor's thesis deals with approaches and procedures in the event of an emergency from the point of view of an integrated rescue system.
