Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem Vytíženost zaměstnanců domova se zvláštním režimem se zabývá problematikou vytížeností u jednotlivých pracovních pozic zaměstnanců konkrétního domova se zvláštním režimem, kterého jsme z důvodu ochrany účastníků výzkumu striktně anonymizovali. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Před výzkumnou části práce popisujeme konkrétní domov se zvláštním režimem, který jsme nazvali pracovním názvem "Audrey", kde jsme realizovali náš výzkum. Ve výzkumné části vymezujeme kvalitativní a integrovaný výzkumný přístup s převahou kvalitativních postupů, dále upřesňujeme výzkumný vzorek, který tvoří sociální pracovník, aktivizační pracovník, pracovníci v sociálních službách a všeobecné sestry. Prostřednictvím technik polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a časového snímku dne jsme získali data, která jsou zpracována, analyzována a následně interpretována. Přínosem práce je zjištění, jaká je reálná vytíženost jednotlivých zaměstnanců domova se zvláštním režimem z jejich pohledu. Výzkum může sloužit pro management pobytových zařízeních.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis The workload of employees in home with a special régime deals with the issue of utilization of individual positions of employees of a particular home with a special regime that is strictly anonymized for the sake of protecting the research participant. The thesis is divided into theoretical and research part. Before the empirical part of the thesis we describe a specific home with a special regime, which we called the working title "Audrey", where we conducted our research. In the research part we define qualitative and integrated research approach with the prevalence of qualitative procedures, further we specify the research sample, which consists of social worker, activator, worker, caregiver, nurse. Through the techniques of semi-structured interview and time frame of the day we have obtained data that are processed, analyzed and subsequently interpreted. The benefit of the work is to find out what is the real utilization of individual employees of the home with a special regime from their point of view. Research can be used for management of residential facilities.
