Abstract:
S cílem minimalizovat množství biologického materiálu potřebného k analýze byla zavedena a optimalizována metoda přípravy vzorku pro stanovení procentuálního zastoupení mastných kyselin v suché kapce krve. Abstract:
With the aim to minimize the amount of biological material needed for analysis, a new method of sample preparation for the determination of percentage composition of fatty acids in dry blood spot was evaluated and optimized.
