Cílem práce je teoreticky popsat současný trh práce ČR a jeho stav v době nízkéhoprocenta nezaměstnanosti (v roce 2017 dosahuje hodnota nezaměstnanosti v ČR 3,8%)a množství volných pracovních míst.
