Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je úloha radiologického asistenta při využití scintigrafických metod v dětské nefrologii a urologii. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila obecně na nukleární medicínu, její historii, přístroje, které se v tomto oboru využívají a radiofarmaka. Jedna z kapitol mé práce pojednává o základech radiační ochrany. Dále je v teoretické části popsána anatomie močového ústrojí a anatomie mužského pohlavního ústrojí a nejčastější choroby v dětské nefrologii a urologii vyšetřované scintigrafickými metodami, které popisuji. V praktické části mé práce popisuji samotnou úlohu radiologického asistenta na oddělení nukleární medicíny a detailní postup u vybraných scintigrafických vyšetření využívaných pro diagnostiku v dětské nefrologii a urologii. Vybrala jsem statickou a dynamickou scintigrafii ledvin, nepřímou a přímou mikční cystografii a scintigrafii skróta a testes.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis was focused on the role of the radiology assistant in the application of scintigraphic methods in pediatric nephrology and urology. The theoretical section was was dealing with nuclear medicine in general, its history, devices used in this field and radiopharmaceuticals. One of the chapters was dedicated to radiological protection. Moreover, anatomy of the urinary tract and the male reproductive system were described along with the most frequent diseases in pediatric nephrology and urology that are diagnosed using scintigraphic methods which were further discussed. The practical part was devoted to the description of the actual role of the radiology assistant at the department of nuclear medicine and detailed procedures of selected scintigraphic utilized pediatric nephrology and urology diagnostics. The selected techniques included static and dynamic renal scintigraphy, direct and indirect radionuclide voiding cystography, scrotal and testicular scintigraphy.
