The Analysis of Patient's Satisfaction with Services of Chosen Gynekoligist Surgery

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu spokojenosti pacientů vybrané gynekologické ordinace. Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce bylo zpracování literární rešerše týkající se daného tématu a následná tvorba teoretických východisek pro zpracování praktické části. Cílem praktické části byla analýza současného stavu spokojenosti pacientů s nabízenými službami vybrané gynekologické ordinace, včetně zhodnocení výsledků na základě provedené analýzy. V rámci této části bylo využito především kvalitativního a kvantitativního marketingového výzkumu a také vlastního pozorování. Součástí bakalářské práce jsou taktéž doporučení, která jsou zaměřena na zlepšení současného stavu spokojenosti pacientů s poskytovanými službami vybrané gynekologické ordinace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focuses on analysis of patient's satisfaction with services of chosen gynecologist surgery. The aim of theoretical part of the bachelor thesis was elaborating of literary recherché according to the given topic and subsequent creation resources for practical part. The aim of the practical part was analysis of patient satisfaction with services of current state of chosen gynecologist surgery including evaluation of results. Scope of this part consists of qualitative and quantitative marketing research and respective observation. Recommendations, which could lead to higher patient satisfaction of chosen gynecologist center are also part of the work.
