Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat marketingovou komunikaci ŠKODA Muzea a popsat jeho jednotlivé komunikační nástroje.V teoretické části je vysvětlena kultura jako celek, činnost muzeí a role návštěvníka pro kulturní organizace.
