Abstract:

Absolventská práce s názvem „Život s pandemií COVID-19 v L’Arche Benediktus“ je členěna na teoretickou a empirickou část. Cílem práce je zmapovat situaci v organizaci v období pandemie covid-19. V rámci kvalitativního výzkumu pojmenovat výzvy a prostředky pomoci uvnitř organizace, dále definovat inspirace, které si L’Arche Benediktus z této zkušenosti odnáší do dalšího období. Teoretická část se v první kapitole věnuje problematice mentálního postižení a sociální práci s touto cílovou skupinou. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na pandemii covid-19, medicínské pojetí tohoto onemocnění a fungování sociální práce v období koronakrize. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se soustředí na krize a způsoby jejich zvládání. V empirické části je popsána metodologie výzkumu. Následně jsou představeny výsledky výzkumu, které jsou v závěru diskutovány a porovnány s literaturou.

Abstract:

The final thesis “Life with the COVID-19 pandemic in L’Arche Benediktus“ is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The aim of this thesis is to map the situation in the organization during the covid-19 pandemic. As part of qualitative research, name the challenges and means of help within the organization, and further define the inspirations that L’Arche Benediktus takes from this experience to the next period. The theoretical part is in the first chapter focusing on the concept of intellectual disability and social work with this target group. The second chapter concentrates on the covid-19 pandemic, the medical concept of this disease and the functioning of social work during the corona crisis. The last chapter of the theoretical part focuses on crises and the ways to manage them. The empirical part describes the research methodology. The next section presents the research results. Finally, the results are discussed and compared with literature.
