Hlavným cieľom bakalárskej práce je návrh projektu realizácie bezdrôtovej počítačovej siete pre malú firmu. Práca je zostavená z troch častí. Prvá je teoretická a je zameraná na vymedzenie pojmov, popis bezdrôtovej siete, technológie, typov sietí, používaný hardware, zabezpečenie bezdrôtových sietí a projektové riadenie (časť 1.8).
