Teoretická část této bakalářské práce pojednává o hospicové péči, paliativní péči, potřebách terminálně nemocných, jejich rodin a pečujících. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku tří kazuistik pacientů terminálně nemocných, na kterých jsou patrné změny v poskytování paliativní péče v posledních několika letech. The theoretical part of this Bachelor diploma thesis deals with hospice care, palliative care, and with the needs of the terminally ill, their families and their caretakers. The practical part of the thesis contains three case histories of terminally ill patients which show visible changes in the way palliative care has been provided in the past few years.
