Abstract:

Interní komunikace je zdánlivě neviditelný a neměřitelný prvek firmy, který má za úkol propojit všechny zaměstnance v podniku tak, aby ve správný čas dostali správnou informaci pro svou práci. Úsilí najít společnou řeč a dosažení pochopení organizace je důležitým faktorem spoluvytvářejícím loajalitu zaměstnanců k zaměstnavateli a zvyšujícím jejich motivaci a odpovědnost. Se správným nastavením procesů interní komunikace dochází také k zvyšování výkonnosti celé firmy a k prohlou¬bení úspěšného podnikového řízení.Předložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu a popis současného stavu a možná zlepšení interní komunikace v jedné z největších státních organizací jakou je Policie ČR a to na základě provedeného dotazníkového šetření.V teoretické části práce je charakterizován pojem komunikace obecně, interní komunikace, firemní kultura, pojem státní organizace, formy komunikace a faktory ovlivňující její efektivitu. Dále se zabývá stanovením cílů, zásad a oblastí interní komunikace v Policii ČR. Popisuje vývoj interní komunikace v Policii ČR v posledních deseti letech a zdroje, které významně ovlivnily její současný stav. Další část je zaměřena na analýzu a popis současného stavu včetně současně využívaných nástrojů fungování. Empirická část práce shrnuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které bylo zaměřené na popis a spokojenost policejní veřejnosti se současným stavem interní komunikace v Policii ČR. Závěrečná část práce nastiňuje náměty a doporučení pro jednotlivé oblasti interní komunikace, které by Policie ČR měla přijmout s cílem jejího lepšího fungování a vytvoření uceleného systému.

Abstract:

Internal communication is seemingly invisible and unmeasureable company´s element, which goal is to connect all employees in the house to obtain the right information for their work at the right moment. The effort of finding a common word and reaching an understanding of organization is important factor creating a loyalty of employees to employer and increasing their motivation and responsibility. The right adjusted procedures of internal communication are contibuting to increased efficiency of the whole company and deepening of the successful company´s management.My study is focused on analysis and description of today´s status of internal communication in one of the biggest state organizations like the Police of the Czech republic is and its possible improvements based on made questionary research.In the theoretical part of my work I tried to define the term communication generally as well as others like internal communication, company´s culture, state organization, communication forms and element affecting its efficiency. The work tells as well about the setting of goals, policies and spheres of internal communication in the Police of the Czech republic. It describes an evolution of internal communicaton in the Police of the Czech republic in the last ten years and sources, that strongly affected its current state. The other part of the work is focused on analysis and description of current state including simultaneously used mechanisms of functioning.Empirical part of my study summarises the results of questionary research, which was focused on description and satisfaction of police´s public with the current state of internal communication in the Police of the Czech republic.The final part of the study outlines the themes and references for separate parts of internal communication, that the Police of the Czech republic should accept with the object of its better functioning and creation of the compact system.
