Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem vývoje krajinářské a stavební architektury v průběhu 20. a 21. století. V ní se zkoumají způsoby propojení mezi různými typy domů se zahradou, vzniklých pod vlivem různých faktorů v průběhu 20. a 21. století. Struktura bakalářské práce je představena třemi částmi. První část je věnovaná literární rešerši, ve které jsou stanoveny základní pojmy, principy a modely propojení zahrady s domovem a takže stručný literární přehled souběžného vývoje zahradní a stavební architektury v průběhu 20. a počátku 21. století s předpoklady k dalšímu vývoji. Druhá část se zabývá provedením analýz a zjištění informace na základě kterých se stanovují hlavní problémy vybraného modelového území, které vzniklo v rozmezí 20. a 21. století. Výsledkem řešení stanovených problémů bude vypracování architektonické studie. Třetí část je praktická, kde se zpracovává samotná architektonická studie, která je zaměřena na vytvoření takového prostoru, který by byl v souladu se zástavbou řešeného území a zároveň poskytoval obyvatelům domů pohodlný prostor pro jejich odpočinek.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the study of the development of landscape and building architecture during the 20th and 21st centuries. It examines the ways(methods) of connection between different types of houses and gardens, formed under the influence of various factors during the 20th and 21st centuries. The structure of the bachelor’s thesis is introduced in three parts. The first part is focused on a literature research, and describes the basic definitions, principles and models of garden-home connections, and a short literature research review of the simultaneous development of garden and building architecture during the 20th and early 21st century with the prerequisites for further development. The second part is devoted to the analysis and search for information, on the basis of which the main problems of the selected model territory are determined. The result of solving the identified problems will be the development of an architectural study. The third part is practical, where the architectural study itself is being processed. This part is focused on the creation of a space that would be in harmony with the building of the area and at the same time provide for the residents of the houses a comfortable space for the rest.
