Abstract:

Absolventská práce z velké části zahrnuje odebrání nezletilých dětí z neodpovídajících podmínek a jejich předání tomu, koho soud označí za vhodného. Například to může být jeden z rodičů, prarodičů, dětský domov nebo také jiné osoby. Práce především upozorňuje na jednotlivé formy rozhodnutí. Dále také obecně co je výchova nezletilých dětí a kdo ji zajišťuje.

Abstract:

The thesis largely describes removing minors from the inadequate conditions and their handover to whom the court identifies as appropriate. For example, it may be one of children parents, grandparents, orphanage or other persons. Work especially draws attention and highlights problems occurring when children are withdrawn from the family.However large part of the thesis is dedicated to the legacy of the withdrawal‘s procedure of bailiffs during the children‘s withdrawal.
