Tématem mé práce je vznik pracovněprávního vztahu u zaměstnanců a úředníků územního samosprávného celku. V první části práce se nachází obecné členění pracovněprávních vztahů a vysvětlení pojmů úředník a zaměstnanec. The subject of my thesis is the establishment of labour relation of employees and officers of a self-governing local area entity.
