Abstract:

Diplomová práce nese název Řízení adaptačního procesu ve vybraném podniku. Na začátku diplomové práce je důležité popsat a vysvětlit teoretická východiska spojená s tématem adaptačního procesu a vzdělávání zaměstnanců, které s adaptací zaměstnanců úzce souvisí. Hlavním cílem je následně prostřednictvím provedeného výzkumu prozkoumat a vyhodnotit současný stav nastaveného adaptačního procesu ve vybrané společnosti XYZ s.r.o. Na základě získaných dat navrhnout doporučení, které by vedly ke zlepšení adaptace a vzdělávání zaměstnanců společnosti.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is entitled Management of the adaptation process in a selected company. At the beginning of the diploma thesis, it is important to describe and explain the theoretical background associated with the topic of the adaptation process and employee education, which are closely related to the adaptation of employees. The main goal is to examine and evaluate the current state of the set adaptation process in the selected company XYZ s.r.o. Based on the obtained data, propose recommendations that would lead to improved adaptation and training of the company's employees.
