Abstract:
Cílem této práce je podrobný popis postavení obhájce v trestním řízení a dalších termínů s ním spjatých. Zabývám se zde právem na obhajobu a konkrétně zejména obhájcem, kterého můžeme rozdělit na ustanoveného a s ním spjatou nutnou obhajobu nebo obhájce zvoleného a zajímám se o jejich práva a povinnosti. The aim of this work is to describe in detail the position of the lawyer in criminal proceedings and other terms associated with it. I am dealing here with the rights of defense and, in particular, with a barrister, whom we can divide into the appointed and associated necessary defense or barrister of the elected, and I am interested in their rights and obligations.
