Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je nazvána Vybrané problémy správního trestání (teoretické a praktické aspekty). Zabývá se vybranými problémy trestního řízení správního ve vybraných okruzích teorie a praxe. Tyto aktuální problémy byly vybrány z důvodu, že obecné teoretické statě týkající se správního trestání jsou předmětem mnoha bakalářských, diplomových prací na různých školách. Autor této práce se nevydal tímto směrem, ale naopak využil vybrané atributy, které jsou aktuální jak pro veřejnou správu samotnou, tak též i pro adresáty veřejné správy. Hlavním hlediskem práce je zdůvodnění názorů autora práce a závěrů k daným dílčím tématům, které jsou vybrány s ohledem na současnou správní praxi. Cílem práce je podrobit daná dílčí témata správního trestání konstruktivní kritice s ohledem na současný vývoj správní teorie, ale též i praktickou nauku dané materie v činnostech správních orgánů v České republice.

Abstract:

This thesis is titled Selected Issues of administrative punishment (theoretical and practical aspects). It deals with selected problems of criminal procedure administrative in selected spheres of theory and practice. These topical issues were selected because of the general theoretical essays on administrative punishment are subject to numerous undergraduate theses at various schools. The author of this paper is didnt take this way, but instead used the selected attributes that are topical both for public administration itself, as well as for recipients of public administration. The main aspect of this work is justification of the opinion of the author and conclusions to the relevant sub-topics that are chosen with regard to the curr ent administrative practice. The aim is to undergo subtopics given administrative punishment constructive criticism with regard to the current evolution of administrative theory, but also a practical doctrine that matter in the activities of administrative authorities in the Czech Republic.
