Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců v nestátní neziskové organizaci. Cílem práce je analyzovat procesy v pracovní motivaci, spokojenosti a angažovanosti a navrhnout postupy a řešení pro personalisty a manažery ve specifickém prostředí nestátních neziskových organizací.
Abstract:
The topic of this bachelor thesis is the remuneration and motivation of employees in a non-governmental non-profit organization.The aim of the work is to analyze the processes in work motivation, satisfaction and engagement and to design procedures and solutions for human resources and managers in the specific environment of non-governmental non-profit organizations.
