Image and identity of FRDIS MENDELU in Brno: evolution between 2015–2020

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá teoretickým ukotvením image a identity v univerzitním prostřední konkrétní instituce Fakulty regionálního rozvoje a mezinárodních studií Mendelovy univerzity v Brně. Cílem práce je analyzovat image a identitu této instituce a závěry šetření porovnat s výsledky ze stejného výzkumu z roku 2015. Na základě těchto výsledků navrhnout doporučení s cílem zlepšení organizačních procesů ovlivňujících image a identitu vnímanou zkoumanými stakeholdery.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on theoretical anchoring of image and identity in the university environment of a specific institution at the Faculty of Regional De-velopment and International Studies of Mendel University in Brno. The aim of this work is to analyze the image and the identity of this institution and compare the findings with the results of the same research conducted in 2015. Based on these results, one of the goals is to propose recommendations to improve organizatio-nal processes affecting the image and identity perceived by stakeholders.
