Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na controllig v podniku XYZ, s. r. o., a je především zaměřena na oblast řízení a optimalizaci nákladů pomocí navrhnutých metrik. V teoretické části se zabývám vymezením pojmu conrolling, jeho členění, nástroje a úkoly. Součástí této kapitoly je také rozbor přehled nákladů, jejich členění a kalkulace.
